1. Herbes de Provence
Perfect for seasoning roasted vegetables, chicken, or fish.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp dried rosemary
- 2 tbsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp dried marjoram
- 1 tbsp dried savory (or additional thyme if unavailable)
- 1 tsp dried lavender (optional for an authentic touch)
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight jar.
